We are pleased to announce that Yoshihito Katata, founder of KATATA YOSHIHITO DESIGN, has been appointed as the Creative Director and Member of the Board at Hotta Carpet Co., Ltd.
As recently discussed in an interview with Nikkei Design, integrating creative strategy into business operations is now an essential requirement for Japanese companies to thrive. In this new role, Katata will focus on bridging the gap between management and creativity, ensuring that design strategy effectively drives business growth and maximizes its impact on corporate value.
Furthermore, in close collaboration with the newly appointed Communications Director, Mr. Imai, we will strive to enhance our engagement with customers and share the profound appeal of high-quality Wilton carpets and the unique heritage of Hotta Carpet.
